Pet Applications

Pets are an important part of many people's lives and we fully support those pets which the Cairns Pavilions committee has approved to reside on-site.  

We can not and do not support unapproved animals being brought into the complex.  Without approval, residents must not keep an animal on-site due to the unassessed danger that MAY be associated with an unapproved pet.  

Generally, as long as you have provided all information required to the Body Corporate manager, approvals will be provided by the committee within a week or two of receiving your application.  Please note, without all the required information, a decision can not be made one way or the other.  

If you would like your pet approved, please complete the online Pet Application BEFORE bringing your pet on-site. 

Once submitted, Rebecca of ACE BCM will confirm receipt of your application and provide further information / instructions.  The assessment process will then begin and, once the committee has decided and the decision recorded, Rebecca will again contact you to advise you of the outcome. 

It is important to note that only the committee can approve a pet application - outside agents can not provide approval for tenants or purchasers of apartments to keep an animal on-site.
